The ladies in the pharmacy are always very helpful anytime I needed my prescriptions filled. And always answer all my questions that I have. And do their best to get me in and out in a timely manner.

I love Ralph's pharmacy. It is great. Everyone working there is so nice and helpful. Ralph's has been my pharmacy for decades and it is why I haven't moved away from Olympia.

I have been going to this pharmacy for years. I have been notified if I could get a specialty RX else where for less. I would never consider going someplace else, relationship with a local business is always is best. They are always so helpful and kind.

Top notch customer service. You can always talk to someone. They have a drive through. And prescriptions are filled within minutes. I love their service and staff. They go above and beyond. Thank you Ralph’s Pharmacy!

This review is long over due. Myself and my family have used Ralphs Pharmacy for a number of years. The Staff there are all amazing. They have always been friendly and extremely helpful. The customer service is outstanding - we have had issues obtaining medications due to shortages, learning how to administer new medications, insurance billing etc. these ladies have walked us through these processes and have been there to help us. These folks go beyond what most places would do for their customers. I highly recommend Ralphs Pharmacy. It's also very nice to go to a place and the people greet you and know you by name.

I LOVE this pharmacy! Years ago, I got totally hosed by a big name pharmacy and decided small grocery store pharmacies are the way to go. I couldn’t be happier with that decision. The service here is exceptional. I like all the employees, but especially Bonnie. She is very friendly and knows me on a first name basis. If she sees me walking by in the store, she will have my prescription ready without any more than a brief glance in her direction. Here’s one example of their excellent service: About a week ago, I took my kid to the doctor and had a prescription sent over. I literally walked out of the doctor’s office and called the pharmacy right away to see if I could head straight there instead of going home first. They already had the prescription filled and ready to go! If you want your prescriptions filled quickly without having to wait in line for a half hour only to find your prescription hasn’t been filled, use this pharmacy. They even have a drive through!

My wife and I have used Ralph's Thriftway Pharmacy for our pharmacy needs for years. I highly recommend this Pharmacy. They are very knowledgeable, prompt, and responsive to their clients needs. On countless occasions they have gone above and beyond in helping resolve insurance, prescription, or medication availability issues and getting prescriptions filled in a timely manner. And, if this isn't enough, they are always service orientated and quite pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!

The pharmacists and staff here are so knowledgeable and kind. It really helps to be able to ask questions about my medications and get my vaccines here so conveniently. Additionally, the staff go above and beyond in helping patients to save money. I don't know her name, but the gal with the short hair always seems to know what's going on with my Vraylar coupon (the medication would probably be close to $1000 without insurance/cash pay I think). Anyways, I just appreciate each and every one of the pharmacy staff members. I remember the awesome pharmacists Lisa and Hannah's names because I saw it on their name tags, but truly everyone here is great. Even my flu shot hardly hurt last year!

Been coming here for years they take wonderful care of both my parents meds and did you know they can bubble pack which is so convenient considering all the overwhelming meds my parents take love them all super nice and easy to communicate with thank you for your hard work.
